The Departure Of Hajj 2016 In Lombok International Airport

Praya(08/23)- The flight departure of first fleet transportation pilgrims 2016 from Lombok International Airport used Garuda Indonesia aircraft A330 series 300 with flight number GA 8111 took off at 09:05 am, with the number as many as 359 pilgrims to Jeddah, consisted of 199 male pilgrims and 160 female pilgrims. Pilgrims with the departure of the first flight come from Central Lombok.

There would be 11 fleet departures from Lombok International Airport, where each day would be dispatched one fleet began on August 23^rd to September 4^th, 2016 and the total number of pilgrims who would go were 3591 people.

Previously final meeting related with readiness of air transportation pilgrims in 2016, was held on Friday, August 19^th, 2016 in the Mandalika meeting room, PT. Angkasa Pura I branch Lombok International Airport, together with Organizing Committee Hajj (PPH), Airport Authority Region IV, LPPNPI Lombok District, Office of Immigration, Port Health Office Class II Mataram, KODIM 1620 Central Lombok, KP3U Lombok International Airport, Garuda Indonesia, Gapura and PT. ACS Aero Food.

A day before the departure, the pilgrims firstly gathered in pilgrim hostel for the preparation and examination of goods and innate. Lombok International Airport was already move one X-ray baggage and one X-ray cabin to the pilgrim hostel on Thursday, August 18^th, 2016 to use in inspection of pilgrim’s luggage.
