Lombok International Programmed Free Of Plastic Waste

Praya (09/30) – The use of plastic which was likely increasing and excessively, can ultimately had a negative impact on the environment. Too much amount of waste plastics could contaminate soil, water, sea and even the air. Lombok International Airport now concerned about the environment, one of which is plastic waste.

This Friday Morning, Lombok International Airport held the event of Airport free of Plastic waste along with Military Command 1620 of the Center Lombok Distric, that helped carry out the program of Karya Bakti TNI at the Airport. Before the activity started, firstly all of the employees had a briefing along with the troops of Military Command 1620 of Central Lombok District.

This Activity took place from 08:00 am until 10:00 am, this activity was carried out in the terminal area of the south side of the parking lot to the north side. Beside cleaning the terminal area from waste, the purpose of helding this activity was to increase familly togetherness, friendship and increased synergy between Military Command 1620 Central Lombok with the Lombok International Airport. Hopefully, working together along with Military Command 1620 of Central Lombok could continue onwards. Through the activity shall we made healthy environment, clean and comfortable in order to improve health in Lombok International Airport.
